From "Pokemon Event 07", its a modest nature.

it has the moves; Aura sphere, Dark pulse, dragon pulse and water pulse, lol

Yeah darkcloud, it's an event Pokemon lol, with a Modest nature and special-based moves, which makes it nifty to use it that in-game Pokemon tournament thingy... takes out a variety of other Pokes XD

hi bob i have did a little bit investigations and i think the charmander is hacked cause it saays that it is hatched in the pokemon day care

actually, if you walk around long enough (if you have that patience, lol), you can hatch it in the Day Care and have it come out like that. i've done it before, myself.
