Oh, it's just a cutscene? Thank goodness I thought there was actually a chance the starter would be like "nope."

NGL that would've made the cutscene 100% better. :P

Now I actually enjoy the cutscenes, but I still think there should be a feature to skip them.

I feel like they don't do this because if you lose a battle after a cutscene, you don't need to go through the whole cutscene again right? at least in the older games right, but you don't in the newer ones right? so they're probably like "we're being generous already" but idk. I'd definitely like the opportunity to skip them because it's annoying when I'm playing the game for the 3rd time

I do too, but when it comes to auto resetting for a good nature, it can be time consuming.
