Issue: Profile Privacy Issues.

Well, I have the options on Everyone all the way down, however, members that aren't in my contacts list are still unable to VM me... whats going on, and how do I stop this?

I sound so wierd. :P

i know how to do this but confused how to answer it uh go on to user cp, then details then after profile privacy and change then go to visitor messages and click the arrow and scroll down to all members or contacts/friends i think

More than likely you've checked the box in Edit Options that says "Limit usage of Visitor Messages to Contacts and Moderators." Go to edit options (or click here) and uncheck "Limit usage of Visitor Messages to Contacts and Moderators."
