And I would get that Latias checked, because it is highly improbably to have a Shiny Latias with Near-Perfect IVs.
TwilightBlade and RNC are trustworthy traders, so you should ask them to check them.

Your Heatran also has an invalid IV combination, so I suspect its hacked. I would get it checked as well.
