Sorry about the wait. I had school.

Qwilfish IVs are x/30/x/x/31/31, EVs are 252 Atk/252 Spe/4 HP and moveset is Pain Split/Aqua Jet/Poison Jab/Explosion. I don't know the IVs of the x's, but I think HP is 18 and Defense is 14. This was bred by me before RNG was discovered in HGSS.
