6th Gen Question about Nintendo Zone Serial Codes

Hey guys,

I live in Portugal and Mew Distro will be through Nintendo Zone Serial Code. Since it's the first time I going to get a Pokémon through this method, can this code be used a single time, I can use it in all my games (X, Y, OR and AS), or I get a code per game?

I'm pretty sure the code can only be used once, but you may be able to get multiple codes somehow for your other games.
