Sorry, I haven't even started battle, I'm just testing teams on Shoddy. But when people say
No Ubbers/Legends

Does that include the OU pokemon such as azelf?
Because according to Smogong, Azlef, Uxie... Zapdos ect aren't Ubbes. So when people as for No Ubbers/Legends, are some legendaries allowed? (Provided they're not ubbers)
