Quick question about Pure/Huge Power

How do Pure Power and Huge Power interact with stat modifier moves? E.G. if a Medicham with a base attack of 50, boosted to 100 by Pure Power, were to use Bulk Up to go up one attack stage, would its total attack be boosted by half its base attack stat to 125, or half its ability-boosted attack stat to 150?

In this case, a +1 Medicham with Pure Power: 50 attack * 1.5 from boost * 2 Pure Power = 150.

Mentions 1.5 * 2 = 3. Equals the same thing as a +4 Medicham without Pure Power: 50 attack * 3 from boost = 150.
