Nah. My move would be Protect. Use substitute to chew off some of that speed boost. Breloom will probably use substitute or rock slide now chew off some more speed by using protect as your second turn which breloom would probably use rock slide then you get a second speed boost then use baton pass. Once you had two speed boosts from the protect and substitute then use baton pass and throw a fire type pokemon with insane stats for its attack and hopefully breloom shoulda used rock slide because it needs to kill your ninjasks substitute. Your fire type will attack first because of the speed boost and KO the Breloom.
As I said, no Breloom in its right mind would stay in on a Ninjask. If it can't switch out because it's the last one, then it wasn't going to win anyway.
Besides, Ninjask can't do much with all those Stealth Rocks running about. It also fails against Fake Out, any move that hits more than once (Rock Blast, Icicle Spear, etc.), Block/Mean Look, Trick Room, Gyro Ball, any priority move, or Psych Up.
And there's also the problem of how you get Ninjask into the battle in the first place.
