As I said, no Breloom in its right mind would stay in on a Ninjask. If it can't switch out because it's the last one, then it wasn't going to win anyway.

Besides, Ninjask can't do much with all those Stealth Rocks running about. It also fails against Fake Out, any move that hits more than once (Rock Blast, Icicle Spear, etc.), Block/Mean Look, Trick Room, Gyro Ball, any priority move, or Psych Up.

And there's also the problem of how you get Ninjask into the battle in the first place.

Okay well that is the whole point of pokemon. You can end up with a bad lining. That is like saying Breloom will still win if you had a pokemon with better speed and a higher attack. And you're saying trick room, gyro ball, psych up. Let me tell you something I see those moves a sometimes but those moves appear depending on the opponent. He doesn't know your party and you don't know his. Ninjask will work even if it was a Bronzong or a tank. Ninjask goes first in the lining so you throw in ninjask first and if Breloom appears first sure why not. Stealth Rock will not work if Ninjask is going to use sub or aerial ace. If it was Bronzong using stealth rock even better. You will just use sub and get the speed boost and use swords dance. He takes out your sub and you use Protect next. Fake out barely does any damage and flinches you sure. But your Ninjask will still have speed boost and will still be faster. Gyro Ball umm okay whats so cool about it?? It is like a different rock slide. It will do nothing but kill a substitute. If he uses it on your baton passed pokemon? Well that all depends on how slow it is coming from a Bronzong you will definetely use protect first, use substitute then use swords dance (If it tried to hypnosis you) then use protect then use substitute and then use baton pass and KO the bronzong. And Mean Look??? When the hell are you going to see mean look?? That is extremely rare and so what mean look all you do is tank with sub and protect and use a swords dance if you can. Yeah im not worried about ninjask. He is very susceptable to weakness, regardless of his insane speed. Thanks tho

I'll address these in bullet points.
  • Trick Room and Gyro Ball are very common. If you are insinuating that Breloom will stay in play against Ninjask, then you have to assume the worst about these abilities too. Psych Up was just throwing something else in there.
  • Ninjask should never be used as a lead. Half of the time, you will lose it within the first turn and half of the time, you'll be able to BP out, but your BP target will lose too. Breloom should never be used without ample support (and he really, really sucks as a lead).
  • Breloom is not a Stealth Rock user.
  • Ninjask can't beat Bronzong. It can only run away and hope its friend can. That isn't saying that Bronzong can beat Ninjask, but neither is going anywhere fast. Bronzong can set up Trick Room too, while you're desperately Swords Dancing and Speed Boosting.
  • Gyro Ball + Trick Room = Break every single substitute and will always go first with maximum power because of the speed differential.
  • Mean Look is NOT rare. Trapping the enemy Pokemon is a strategy that is commonly employed in competitive battling.
  • BRELOOM CAN'T LEARN ANY MULTIPLE HIT MOVES. I was just making an example. If you try to use Substitute against Rhyperior, think again. Rock Blast will break through the substitute and KO the bug.
  • You can set up Stealth Rock while Ninjask is under a Substitute.
  • Ninjask can't hurt Skarmory. Skarmory will just Whirlwind it, or whatever it Baton Passes to away during the Baton Pass turn. You can Protect against Whirlwind, but WW has a lot of PP.
  • Read carefully: IF NINJASK IS FIRST THEN BRELOOM WILL NEVER FIGHT IT. Breloom NEVER leads. NEVER EVER. NEVER. Why would you ever switch in Breloom against Ninjask?
  • The only way Ninjask can get in the battle is if (1) it's the lead or (2) a Pokemon just fainted and you switched it in to replace. In the second case, you've already lost a Pokemon.

Okay whatever be the show off and say I am the master of Pokemon. Yeah sure I'm not the master of pokemon but heck I actually know the important stuff. And I think you should stop acting like you're the master of pokemon because you're putting things in bullets and you are seperating things into paragraphs and spamming all these move possibilities. First things first Rock Blast it does multiple damages but I don't think it will KO Ninjask with substitute. Once it does the first hit the substitute doesn't poof away. It keeps hitting 2-5 times then the substitute poofs and it has a damage of 25. Skarmory some people use it and some people do not. Mean look may not be rare for you but I have not yet encountered that move in a Wi-Fi battle. And yes Ninjask should be used as lead. And sure Ninjask might not be able to BP but I don't think it will be half of the time. Plus that is pokemon. You never know what your opponent's pokemon is. You are using that assumption as a weakness for Ninjask. That is a weakness for every single pokemon if you get the incorrect lining. Hmm not a very great assumption. Also Celebi is not to be considered a counter because most people do not like it when their opponents use legends.

  • You were the one who said Pokemon was a game of possibilities. Besides, everything I stated was plausible and common.
  • Rock Blast WILL KO Ninjask even with Substitute. Its BP is 25, but that becomes 100 against Ninjask (STAB makes it 150). Ninjask's defenses are too poor to withstand even one hit, so it uses Substitute. Rock Blast will destroy the Sub and then hit AGAIN for 100 power.* SEE NOTE BELOW

Nah. My move would be Protect or Aerial Ace if your ninjask had nice IVs for attack and EVs. Use substitute to chew off some of that speed boost. Breloom will probably use substitute or if it uses rock slide no problem you will still get the first speed boost even though it killed your sub. Now use Baton Pass. And throw a fire type pokemon with insane stats for its attack and hopefully breloom shoulda used rock slide because it needs to kill your ninjasks substitute. Your fire type will attack first because of the speed boost and KO the Breloom. OR if Breloom used substitute as his first move and you used substitute. He will use rock slide as his second move which you use aerial ace. Your substitute dies you get a speed boost. Finally use baton pass. He will use substitute or rock slide again. Take out your fire type and KO his substitute or take the rock slide. Use flamethrower and hit his sub. Hopefully he will not use Spore if he used substitute. Then you use flamethrower again and KO. Done.

There is a problem with this scenario because Breloom would never fight back against Ninjask. Rock Slide was just throwing that out there. Most Breloom don't have that move.

If you successfully BP a Speed Boost to a Fire-type, what makes you think Breloom will stay in? It will obviously switch out.
In the same case, the Fire-type can not possibly break through Breloom. Since your scenario makes it so that Breloom already has a Sub up, it won't lose it. You'll just be forced to switch out. There's a thing called Poison Heal which makes Breloom able to put up infinite amount of Subs (until the PP runs out).

You find them inside Mount Coronet, after using Waterfall. You can only get there after beating the Elite Four.

You could always do the double battles at the cafe, they are all around level 20-30 but i guess that is pretty slow leveling. Or you could always train in the routes 213-214-215. Get some lucky eggs as well to speed it up even more. Sorry thats all i can think of right now.

Ah well you win. Yep your right and I am not. I was just be ignorant. Sorry if it bugged you with your time. But I do have to say clearly none of us are masters of pokemon but know the important stuff. I'm tired of this argument. Nice facts and I'll probably use them. But I have not yet beaten a Ninjask party and always lose to one.

Platinum Question

I am stuck in mt coronet. I have beat team galactic at all 3 lakes and cannot find my way through mt coronet. The place that is normally an opening is now a cave painting of mesprit azelf and uxie. Please help me

I'm trying to evolve my golbat, but it hates me. i never let it faint and i feed it its favorite poffins. what should i do
 
Use rare candys, give it the poffins it likes, give it a exp share and give it proteins and such.
 
There is also the place in that town with the game corner that lets you massage once a day. That also works, like Britney said poffins work well to. I believe the ribbon place does it as well.
