Only through a Move Tutor. They can teach Pokemon moves that are not normally learnt through TM's, HM's or levelling up. Your Tyranitar will only learn Fire Punch from a Move Tutor, but nowhere else.

New question, where do I get Heart Scale? I need it for the Tutor..

EDIT; I got the Heart Scale from my Luvdisc, BUT. The move-tutor can only learn my Larvitar Leer, Sandstorm, Screech and Scary Face? Where's Fire Punch?

Your Larvitar cannot learn Fire Punch, it's simply unevolved. Only once it's a Tyranitar, can it learn Fire Punch. It's second evolution, Pupitar, cannot learn it either. I'm afraid you'll have to raise it to level 55 in order for it to evolve into Tyranitar and learn Fire Punch.

Oh, I see. I'll come back then :) I'm training this Dragon Dancing Tyranitar, and I thought that the Fire Punch could only be learned from a breed chain from the Dragonite I used, but luckily I'll get it this way! Would've s*cked to breed and EV up another from the start.. :p Thanks!

They are actually ghosts which you need to see to catch rotom(I think after the league)in the TV on fridays

Well due to lack of time all this 2008-2009 year i had NO pokemon gameplay contact...i read some hreads here but made no sense since you all know what Pokemon Platinum version offers lol...i have some questions over here

No, problem I'd be glad to help I've beaten Pearl and have like over 400 hours of gameplay in it lol. I got Platinum on Tuesday and am still making my way through so If you need help just ask.

Does it matter what kind of pokémon I fight after I've recieved all the Effort Points that I needed for the different stats?
Would this affect the stats or ruin the EVs that I've collected by fighting pokemons that just give Speed & Atk?

After you gain all 510 EVs, you don't have to worry about what Pokemon you have to battle afterwards.

No once all the Evs you've collected are set they can't be removed unless you use one of the Ev reducing berries. So, you can level up your pokemon how ever you want once they are in place.

Of course you can. If you don't feel like evolving Slowpoke yet, when you feel like evolving it, go ahead and use the heart scale(s). It will not mess up anything either...

No. The berries will grow even if the game is turned off.

Lol, what kind of police? Like, The Police, the band, or like the cops? I'll edit this or something later with more suggestions, but if you're going for the actual cops, I'd suggest Growlithe/Arcanine. I remember in G/S/C all those police guys used Growlithe.

Erm ,well like the above poster said, you can always use Growlithe/Arcanine. What else.. I dunno, maybe some dog type pokemon? Like Poochyena, Mightyena, Houndoom, and Houndour. They could be like the canine unit. :3

Noctowl, Medicham, and Machamp lines are the only other Pokemon that Officers use. Skarmory could also be used because PokeSpe Falkner is awesome. Also, Blastoise due to the Squirtle squad. Seems like a pretty bad team for competitive play IMHO.
