Before we start announcing the winners and the answers, I would like to say thank you for taking the time to join this wonderful event. I'm so happy, because all the research I did for the event was tiring, and I'm glad you guys got stumped thinking about the answers long and hard, and not check them on the Internet like a pleb.
Before I do announce the results, here is some quirky trivia that you should know about this year's QuizMasters!

TRIVIAL STATISTICS
Out of the 23 contenstants, only 17 submitted their answers within the allotted timeframe.
Out of those 17, 2 are Silver Supporters, 1 is a Gold Supporter, 5 are Crystal Supporters, 1 is a Platinum Supporter, 2 are PokeCommunity Moderators, and 6 are regular users.
And finally, out of those 17, only 3 contestants managed to get more than half (36) of all of the questions correct.
