Issue: Quoting not working right

    So I use Quoting a lot for VPP to inform the main group of people of updates and events. It seems like the last time I Quoted people no one got the message even though it's the same thing I've used every time.

    Sorry to everyone who may get this. This is what I post so everyone knows and I've never had issues with it till now.

    I think that's always been a somewhat inconsistent way of pinging everyone. I remember Lycan doing the same thing in a PokeTrivia game and occasionally not having it work.

    I don't know why it does that though, but yeah, you're probably better off just using multiquote function instead to make sure people get it every time.

    that or the devs just finally get around to implementing @ mentions on the forum
     
    Mentions will be coming in PC 3.0. Confirming this now
     
    Okay. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't having a stupid moment when was doing something and then all of a sudden it stopped working for whatever reason why.
