Bro, you're kind of ruining the game. And by kind of, I mean ruining the game. "Raichu, use Thunder" is not a game about proving that your pokémon of choice can check anything. It's about taking advantage of your target's weakness and inventing a creative way to knock it out, and not with just your favorite Pokémon, with any.
With that said, Persian, set up a Nasty and knock it out with T-Bolt.
