Rainbow Scizor vmax card question

Hi. I recently opened a darkness ablaze pack and pulled a rainbow scizor vmax which I really wanted to get graded.only think is on the reverse side of the card in the bottom left side there are 3 little red circles. Will this affect the grading of this card? Is it even worth sending?
I've attached some photos, if anyone can take a look and give me some advice.

Going to move your thread to the TCG forum section we have - the Sword and Shield one is about the video game specifically.

I haven't read anything about this particular error but I'll do some research. It's definitely not supposed to be there and therefore will impact the grade, but otherwise this is an interesting defect!
