I just realised something about Lickitung - I can't get it until after I've beaten the elite 4 (Cerulean cave). Is that okay, or should I use something different?

Harden + Poison stall. Although, honestly, its defenses are pathetic so =|

Also, my update - I've gotten up to Slateport now, and are training my units attempting to make them nice and levelled for facing off against...later stuff

I'm going to get all my additions to my team very soon...that'll cause training problems.

The thing is, none of my Pokemon that I get later are special-based; I can't EV train them while grinding (=()
