PC is a mixed community, therefore your thesis is incorrect.

True, but you have to note that PC is full of people who enjoy rock more than rap, so i'm at a disadvantage here.
Since when was this a fact?

3) How did I lose myself? Do you know ANY rap "bands"? I think not, sure there are rap "groups" but no "bands". Once again you are making assumptions, I have plenty of fight left in me, your suggesting that I should give up, perhaps your beginning to lose momentum in this debate? The vast majority, huh? You say that the vast majority would agree with you when you have no proof, and your counter to this statement would be because if you haven't noticed, PC's filled with people who love rock, now using this to your advantage you think that Rock is better than Rap. I'm sorry, i'm not going to quit because I believe that you should bear no dignity when it comes to debating.

You also spelled "denial" wrong, please don't use words you can't even spell correctly.

Wellthere arent any rap BANDS because BANDS are a GROUP in which every member of that GROUP plays an instrument(it is optional for the front man to play an instrument).

Also, everyone makes typos. So dont try to act smart by talking about a typo he made. You make plenty of typos, also. You're not perfect >.>

I thought an S-Mod, would know more than I did.
Don't you see other user's profiles and signatures?
A majority of the PC members have (example: "GREEN DAY ROCKS!" )
but do you see PC members who put (example:"GO 2PAC, GO BIGGIE!!!")? I definately don't.
EDIT:
@Dark Sora

Really now... You can look around PC but most of my recent posts have either no spelling errors or I use slang.

Please don't use my position as part of the arguement

For this to be a fact, you would have to question every single PC member which genre they like better, for all you know, 500 dormant members adore rap

I like rock over rap....

Well, if you ask me, I simply like it because rock compared to rap, rock has more melody in it. The appeal I try to find in music is for the unity of the musical instruments (piano, drums, guitar, bass, vocals, etc). Yes, I like my music fancy and sophisticated. Just listening to any kind of rock song is a very enjoyable moment for me. Just listening to the guitar strumming on while the drums keep pounding on with the guitar. I'll try to search for the subtle bass, which is the thread that sews the songs into something different.

I would try to search for a mood in that song and just listen to the vocalist sing out the lyrics. Hearing them sing out the words. Actually, that's one thing why I like rock better than rap.

You can display more emotions in rock than in rap. Sure they can talk about being capped in rap and stuff (just a little something for the people who say that rock is just about banging their heads and screaming their lungs off...which is a very grave insult to me), but in rock, you can basically sing out loud and express your emotions. It's not all about screaming your lungs out. Take The Killers for example and just listen to their song "Jenny Was A Friend of Mine." Well, call me a dork or something but you could just hear Brandon Flowers' remorse in that voice as he is being interrogated by the police as he tries to explain how he accidentally killed Jenny. Or "With or Without You" by U2; you could hear Bono sing melancholily as he longs for that girl. Towards the end of the song, he just cries out for her. Or "Basket Case" by Green Day. You might not quite hear the emotion but it's a very dramatic sort of emotion where you can just feel paranoia. Kind of a feeling when you think people are talking about you.

Well... enough of my ranting... I bet it didn't make sense... I just want to make a point that I like rock... O-o

Again, on the defensive. A majority of PC likes rock, yes, but PC isn't a rock based forum, therefore making your thesis moot. A majority opinion does not make something fact, sir.

"1) Well, would you honestly think anyone would come to a Pokemon forums? If you haven't noticed most of the members here are white, and most of the rock bands are white aren't they?"
--Again bringing racism into the mix, it is not needed and frowned upon. It makes your argument look weak.

2) Please don't criticize my sentence structures, and what I find more offending is I'm getting advice from a person who can't spell.
--You are horrible at debating, your grammar is lacking and your argument is moot. I've made two or three spelling mistakes out of some thousand words. However your posts often come out intermingled, poorly formatted etc. :)

I'm basing my belief in observing most of the active members.

but what are the odds of a person who put "Green Day" in their signature admitting that they enjoy rap more than they enjoy rock? I'd say it's pretty slim, no?

"but what are the odds of a person who put "Green Day" in their signature admitting that they enjoy rap more than they enjoy rock? I'd say it's pretty slim, no?"
---That is not the point in contention. The point you made was PC likes rock, fact. Which is very untrue, because I bet at least 100 people like rap here. Maybe even more with all the inactive members.

well the reason for all that green day stuff is because of people like me who said they weren't punk. but... if you want some 2pac appreciation in sigs... yours seems to be lacking some.

Correction, I said a MAJORITY of PC enjoyes rock over rap. Once again I'm basing my beliefs from observing the active members. How would we know about the inactive members? They're called inactive for a reason, so their opinions don't really matter because they're not active.

See, you can't base the belief of such a large group based on the select few active members

Depends on what you call a select few active members. Why would the inactive members even care? They're not active, so it's useless trying to involve them in our discussion.

Yes that is quite true... XD

KLS, it's true that people like 2Pac or 50cent can be popular but this is just a Pokemon forum. This isn't the world in general. It's just by chance that a bunch of members who are active here like Green Day.

You shouldn't just judge things within some cramped up space such a forum. Well, look at U2...you'd only see 2 to 3 people who have "U2 RULES" in thier sigs/avatars... XD

Well, like I said a majority of the active members here enjoy rock over rap. (Notice what I said about a majority of the members here are white).

--Again, you bring up skin color. Stop it it is rude, distasteful and annoying. A majority of the members here enjoy rock, yes, but I bet not every single person here hates rap. This is completely superfalous, how does this aid your ARGUMENT AT ALL?

Note that some are all over the world and you wouldn't consider some "white"

Well, just take a look at the location/heritage of the people who like Green Day. Maybe that'll clear that up... XD

(just for a head start, I'm Filipino) XD

And the majority of people in africa are black, what does color have to do with anything?

No, I brought up skin color once again, this time for a good reason. Based on what you and I both know, do you think it's possible that an African-American would enjoy Rock over Rap? The possibilities of that is very slim. It's also the same thing as, "would a White person enjoy Rap over Rock."

edit:
@oni, the majority of the people who enjoy rock is white, no?

Of course that's the same thing as "would a black person enjoy rap over rock?" XD

edit: KLS: That's true but classifying people as "white" can sometimes be speaking in general... it all depends on the culture and lifestyle on how they are being brought up. But someone who is "white" can also enjoy both rock and rap... *points to some of his RL friends*
