Blizzard for Groudon, Thunder for Kyogre. Both of these can also hurt other flyers that you normally couldn't hurt as hard without Rock Slide.

Extremespeed is not a bad idea IMO. I just don't like the idea of blizzard/thunder, especially when Air Lock nullifies the effect of Rain Dance that would normally help thunder. I guess it's good damage-wise, but i just can't stand either of the two moves.

Extremespeed says hi to Ninjask and Deoxys-F. Moreso Ninjask though, as no one's stupid enough to leave a Deoxys-F in against a Rayquaza.
