    Um.. What is this.. I don't even..

    I'm going to assume this is for in game?.. In which case anything works really..

    If it's for competitive use it only fits in the Uber tier, in which it would simply be terrible. You are extremely weak to Rock and Electric attacks.

    and Try posting some EVs and movesets, as well. Levels don't really matter, either.
