9/10, Nice but the borders are a bit over done.. ^^;
 
10/10 The contrast of light and dark is great, and the opacity of the scan lines adds to it.

Its a rather cool and surrealistic avatar but lets look deeper shall we:
Its a dragon, nice... you get 3 free points on that choice = 3pts
size, its sutle but not annoying large in size. 1.5 points good buddy! = 4.5pts
Does it match the sig? Not in the slightest.. -3 points = 1.5pts
Da coolness factorz. 5.3, its a dragon for goodness sakes! = 6.8pts
Border and background style? It fits, and the border was a nice touch. 1 point! = 7.8pts
Overall look? Fuzzy quality, but the execution of the avatar fits the name. 0.6 points! = 8.3 outta 10 Hmm sounds about right, imo:P.

I should use this system more often, lol.
 
Doesn't look annoying to me.....it actually looks like Dragonite's pretty annoyed...

I can't use da wierdy rating thingy or I'd be going over 10.
But I think it's a great avatar. 9.5/10

- Coolness.. Its Remy, everyone knows he's the cool joe that can throw explosive cards at will. +4 points = 4 pts
- Matching sig? Yup! Even the sig looks pretty cool. +2 poiints = 6 pts
- Background & Borders. Its lacking borders but the background used compliments the portrait. 0 points = 6 pts
- Cute factorz? Remy, cute? Maybe some of the females here in PC might think so, but I'm gonna have to simply say no. 0 pts = 6 pts
- Quality. Very nice, where did you get it? Looks professional. +2 points = 8 pts
- Overall style and look. Its clean cut and drawn well too, I can't really see any bad sides to this one. And I'm not even a X-men fan, lol. +1.1 points = 9.1 out of 10.
