I really dislike the bluish tint over everything. Bianca is a very vibrant character and her original colouration reflects that. The blue makes her look sick and makes her stand out less than she should. Having a blanket tint tends to detract from the nuances in lighting and shading in a piece. The icon could also have been cropped better- I'm seeing too much of her hat when I could be seeing her hand and positioning her to the right a bit more would invoke more interesting asymmetry.
