    Yay! I was thinking about this last night after PPC. What if we had "practice ratings" to see how to improve our profiles for the next contest in three months?

    Thus "Rate The Profile Above You" was born.

    Guidelines

    - Check to see if they're a supporter or not a supporter.
    - A non-supporter can't have an awesome theme like Zet's Sakura Theme because of profile limitations. This is where you would judge the profile on colour, text, and compatibility.
    - A supporter can have an awesome theme like Zet's Sakura Theme because they are granted this after donating. This is where you would judge the profile on the theme itself, how well it "flows", the colours, the text, the detail, and the compatibility.
    - If a supporter has a basic profile without a theme, judge them as a supporter.
    - Scores will be out of 10. Comments should be based on the following:

    Colour:
    Text:
    Flow:
    Creativity:

    and for supporters:

    Theme:
    Detail:
    Quality:

    Legend

    - Colour: How well the colours go together; think about the compatibility scale (orange + blue; purple + yellow, etc.) This applies to backgrounds, hyperlinks, headers, etc.
    - Text: How well the text goes with the profile. Some profiles look better with other texts.
    - Flow: How well it all comes together in the end. Does the overall product look good?
    - Creativity: Some people are very random and creative with their colours. Some people even blend several colours together. Does that look good? How much did this person this "out-of-the-box"?
    - Theme: Like Zet's Sakura Theme, how would you judge the overall theme of the profile? A theme could be an anime character, a video game, flowers - anything really, as long as it isn't the basic "colour&text" profile.
    - Detail: Is the theme basic, or is it extremely detailed? Does it just show a picture and the rest is a solid colour, or is everything touched by the theme, including headers, footers, etc? An example of a detailed theme is Abnegation's winning profile here.
    - Quality: Is the theme of good quality, or pixely, squished, stretched, etc?

    Color-coordinated, and simplistic. While it doesn't suit my taste, I can say you made an obvious effort at a theme based upon your status.
     
    For a supporter, I was expecting a theme D:<

    However, I like the black + grey idea. It's simple, and it's not too flashy and bright that it's going to break my eyes >< Colours blend well (obviously, they're shades after all lol) and the text and boarders are nice.

    Pretty nice actually. Clean cut and neat. If I could offer any critique it would be that there is a tad too much yellow. Try experimenting with a lilac or light purple or something along those lines.

    Unfortunately, the "Rate The Users Profile above you." thread is the same as this and is still considered active. However, feel free to use this amount of detail in that thread as I think it would be effective before the next contest. C:
