Well,it's very cute. I like the layout of the banner The only thing I don't care for is the text on the banner...it's hard to read (especially on the girl, I can only make out an 'Ae'), but...I like it for the most part. :]

I got to admit, the signature is good, however, the sig is a bit big, sorry. I rate 8/10.

Oops, I didn't read it.
My opinion this time is no CSS involved and having dashed lines underneath the text and not straight-thru, in my opinion dashed lines are better. 10/10 :)

DarkChild: I think your signature is beautiful. It's noticeable without the use of garish coloring, and discreet without being boring. I also like the saying. ;] I keep expecting it to say 'stainless steel' XD

It's ok, you could have blended the render more, however I do like the effect of the dithered eyes
