It's kind of not aligned well, and you could have put some things in different locations. You have a few very common items, nothing much else to show any real creativity or distinctiveness. So:

The link font color is kind of hard to read, so you might want to go for a more readable color. It's aligned nicely and isn't annoying or anything, so:

No, it's a Korn song. I'm planning to make a banner/theme for all of the songs off of Take a Look in the Mirror

A few other things I want to touch on: you don't have most of the old boring links, like to claims and such, but you also have the box thing going on, too, which I'm getting somewhat tired of seeing. I think. So, still:

I guess it's creative, but sparse creativity. A little tweaking with the alignment might do some good, or with the font/font colors. The thing at the bottom is in the correct place, so it is to me. So:
