The text colours are ugly and don't match. maybe... organize it better? and the banner is ok.

I like how the icons were set up. But the lighting being different looks odd. The text could use some more color, and possibly another font. But it's nice.

I don't like it much. The font is eww, the fact that most PC Skins have white BG's makes the white text unreadable, and the banner is eww.

Perhaps better critique from you would help me more. |:

Quite a lot of Typhlosion there. xD;
The sprite doesn't go too nicely with the icons and the banner, which are very nice.
Perhaps you could do better with the text, since it is just a friend code, and instead hyperlink the web adress in your text.
