I love Hitsugaya-san's expression. X3 The only thing about the banner is that the background doesn't really match. Still nice though. 8/10

Rating Games

Just a short note: Don't bypass. In rating games like "Rate the Signature of the User Above" put the rating out of ten, and then a short constructive critiscism.

e.g.

5/10

Your pic is too blurry and it ruins it.

Also, don't go around and post things like "I already rated your's before, [insert same rating here].", if you already have rated the users Signature/Avatar/Theme/etc. before, just wait for someone else to post!

The effects look nice, and it goes well with your current theme.

Hm, I'm a little surprised with this one, TBH. I used to like your banners a lot, but this one is just too plain in my view. You have organization, I'll give you that much. 5/10

Gosh, so hard to see the text. But I'm a guitarist and the effects are well... good x3 so you'll be getting a 7/10 from me.
 
I dont really know why but I like the banner. It just looks very good. so... 8.5/10

Well, the text of "Kuchiki" doesn't blend too well, but i'm fan of Rukia's glove, so...you get a 7/10 from me.
