I know loads of people say this, but I don't like Trainer Cards D: And that second banner would look better if the green was transparent.
 
oh come on, i did my best to make it less of an eyesore... i have no idea who the guy in your is, he looks high. 6/10 if high, 7/10 if not.

The banner is nice, although the text is somewhat hard to read, especially the text in the bottom right corner. And about the text outside the banner, I think you can fiddle a bit with the font colours to make it match the rest of the signature. Other than that, fairly good ^^
 
tweaked as per shiranui's advice, how does the surrounding text look now? :) should point out i use winter friends so i dunno how its going to gel with other themes!

also, for rei173 I award a 6. i do like the pokemon banner, but the signature does have a little bit of a tacked together feeling, a lack of consistancy and flow (like mine doesn't, though? XD)

I have this thing against Trainer Cards in signatures (don't ask why >x<), so that's definitely pulled off some points. Generally better than most trainer card sigs, due to the fact that I didn't realise that there was a trainer card there in the first place (maybe I'm just going blind). The banner thing could use a border, and the small banner at the bottom looks, erm, out of place.
 
Your signatures never fail to impress Shiranui. As always, the image is really well done, and it's quite the humourous expression. ^^

Something about the text irks me though. It might be the boldness and non capitalised words, but that's just personal preference.
