There is a border, but it's white, so you need a dark theme to see it ^.^

Anyway your banner is nice, but a little messy. The rest of your signature is fine. 8.5/10
 
9/10 I like it a lot.

Maybe make it a bit bigger? kind of small.
 
The color scheme is perfect, text is organized and Renji is just awesome.

It's tough for charizard to be kind of dragons when it isn't a dragon :/ Most of the banner is kinda blank, so 5/10.
