yea its kinda hard to match colors if i had a banner i would match the colors in this case now no 8/10 for you​

I give yours an 8/10. Although the pic is nice, it's really hard to see, as well as the text. I do like the borders though.
 
I like the banner, but it looks kind of, I don't know, just too brownish, I guess. Anyways, the rest looks good.

6/10 it just doesnt macth..i admit the kankuro looks preety darn cool but the pokemon ocean spoiler kinda ruins it all.. matching text should be blue,should be red,to balance out the blue but u get points for centering it so..5-6/10
 
It's not bad.... it's not very well done either.

I just wish that Urahara would stand out more. But I can tell you are still working on Photoshop. X3
