4/10 - Quite basic, yet overloaded with many basic banner techniques. The brushes might look a bit better if the image wasn't ghosted so much, but still seem a little plain and just thrown together. The dashed border is difficult to see and looks odd once noticed. The actual image is mostly well extracted, if plain, but the lower glove looks a little sharp and the upper glove has a small area next to it that is not extracted and looks quite out of place. Finally, the text is too dark a blue to work by itself. A white, 2-px stroke might help it pop more and be more readable. I actually don't mind the crop and placement, even if it differs from my usual tastes; I think it could be a strong banner, just needs a little work. :3

the outer glow is a little weirdish. the thing behind the text is weirdm as well. a little plain. diffrent color text outside the banner like brown would work and make it a little shorter or put the next sentence on the next line. 6/10
