I'm not fond of the text you used for "Princess Konan." Also, the black blends in too much with the darker blue background, and it's just not really the right colour combination. However, the effect in the background is nice.

I'm sorry, I just... I come from a bit of a webdesign background so I judge a little harshly. D:

Anyway, yours is really cute! I think I know the series it's from, but the name escapes me. A little more pizzazz to the image would make it nice~
