There is too much contrast in the sig… nicely laid out… the title tags are good… also I prefer Crowned Clown to 'God's Buffoonery' xD 8.10

Why so low??? I made it so people would pity Squirtle, and they'd think he's cute (though it may have a different effect on others...)... Plus, Squirtle is my favorite Pokemon too! Maybe you need to organize yours a bit so it would score higher... Also, make the pics more related... Though it's okay to me if you made it low because it's a small, weird and ugly sig... It's not THAT low anyway... Anyway, back to the topic...

A bit abstract type of sig, but looks good... I'm not that much of a fan of abstracts...

I like the look of the banner, but the way the signature's laid out makes everything dip down into the 'Quote' button.
I'd also recommend some colored text.

I think it was one of the Box Backgrounds on a Pokemon Game xD

( The picture is awesome, because I can increase the size with CSS as far as I want, and it always repeats perfectly. To see for yourself, just make my avatar your background ( tiled ) and it will cover your entire desktop )
