The banner is alright, but the green text blinds me. It is to bright for my taste. I would give it a 6.8/10~

Any who, back on topic, *Dark*Master, I like yours, it's well organized, and the image is good 10/10.
 
I agree with Aizuke, the CSS box should be centered as well... =\ and maybe the text in it too.

Its very sexy and I love it... But your friend code should be in your profile instead (I think) because it doesnt look that good with your sig.

The Italisied text doessnt work well either... >< I'm just very fussy XD

The banner is okay. The bubbles are distracting, and they come up too harsh comparing to Milotic's soft and calm appearance. But it's decent, not the best though. The bold text annoys me a lot, as does the rainbow text.
