The picture's good, but the whole signature basically is just a picture. Also I don't like it being center aligned.

Another thing is that the dark green text isn't too visible on the style I'm using.
If you're going to have coloured text you need to think about how other people will see it too.

The banner's good, there's no point in my critting it though as euph made it.

I can however tell you that you need to improve the text, use a smaller font, don't have the credit on it's own line, and get rid of the underline that the title tags make (If you know how.)

My signature only seems to work properly in Firefox, and most of you won't have the font; I've taken a screenshot of it instead so ignore the background colour, ok?
