• The banner has too many effects/brushes on it and it almost looks like they've been randomly slapped on the banner.
• The text outisde the banner could be better too.
 
Your sig looks like you got a pic, cut two parts out of it in paint, uploaded them on Photobucket and added some text...

It's really dull and plain IMO.

• In my honest opinion, the banner looks completely overdone with those effects, I'm not sure if that's what you were aiming for, but I'm afraid I'm not fond of it.
• The text outisde the banner needs work.

Also, they're icons; they're supposed to be small. /:D

a signature doesnt NEED a banner in it. >__>
4/10 its way too dark, i can see things, but i have to strain myself to do it.
