But that text is horrible and it annoys me alot.

I like the banner, it has nice effects. Though it would be better if the text was in the picture and not under it....

Well that banner's lighting is totally messed up; the guy would be better combined with a dark background. Smilies in signatures are ugly. And the link doesn't make it any better.
