I like everything, but the big notice in the signature looks odd, and the grey text can be hard to read in some of the light colored skins.
 
You got an 8 in one of the other threads i think but as a theme it is better imo. 9.
 
It looks totally rad, and the art's absolutely adorable. The text, though, just seems a little too crammed together to me, even though I guess it's supposed to be. And I like how you have information like your pair and stuff directly on the banner. (Something I'd never do. xD I use the same banners for multiple forums, and that'd be a pain to change it.)

The avatar quality isn't really nice. Signature image's got too much of blue in it. Also, not a fan of those dashed borders. The quote you had earlier was epic. I'd miss it, actually. ;;

Anyways, the themes you had earlier were better, imo.

Obvious marill theme, although it's kinda plain...
P.S. the signature marill picture could use a nose, LOL!

It's somewhat matching, but well coordinated.
 
Well, they match, but they're kind of blurry and plain, especially the banner. And bright green doesn't seem like it matches too well with the image.
The text under the banner looks good, though, and it's organised despite there being a lot of it.
