8/10 I like the color bubble effect on the top half and that guy on the left of your avvy and third from the left in your sig looks like a guy i went to highschool with. lookas ver nice!
 
I really like this one Chikara³, The sunny colors, it's a + in my book! ;) and you always have that cool dimension for your avatar.

I think the cropping was done preddy well for a render like this. I like the arrow stuff. The render isn't the best quality, but it still looks neat. The text is a little distracting. ><; The avvy isn't too goot. needs to be brighter.

It's quite pretty in some respects, but it's a bit.. I'm not sure what the word is- erm, pixelated. It would be very pretty if it wasn't so. 6/10
 
There are a few mistakes in the drawing, and it doesn't really fit well with a colored background the way it does. I can see a few pixels around the edges, and the text in the banner isn't that great. The other image in the signature clashes. Basically, this signature could use a bit of work. 4/10
 
I think I've done yours before, but I still like it. especially the text effects and the blending in the banner as well as the cleverly cropped Avvy pic.

Edit: Beaten darn. I'll give you a 6/10 Neko, only because yours is a little too bright for me. (I can barley make out the text in the lower corner of the banner)
 
It's a little bright for me, but it's super-elegant. And uber love :3 7/10
 
It's a bit too bright, but still, it's very neat and girly.
Maybe you should change the sig's direction, middle or right would look much better.
