Well, I rated the avatar, but it's the theme, ne? I've always liked Rockman, or MegaMan, or whatever you call him, especially the anime Rockman EXE <3 I love the MegaDex sign popping up and down, so cute~! In addition to that, the text on your banner and avatar is neatly-organised, although your banner is a big too 'tall' in length. 9/10
 
Eh, way too much text. You should have tried to integrate some of that into your banner. 7/10
 
Very simple but not quite boring. The avatar somehow doesn't look matching to me though... :\

The banner and avy matches. Its simple but the Umbreon in the sig is a bit blurry. And there seems to be too much background in the avy. 7.5/10
 
I'm thinking you should be making more banners now, especially if you want to improve at it. I've seen this one for quite a while, but my opinion of it is unchanging, especially about contrast and colouring. 7/10
 
Not really matching, but the colours chosen are the same, neatly organized. 8/10 I changed mine because it was too long in length ;PP
 
Avatar, banner, and font colour all fit with each other, but the colours you chose are very hard to see with lighter layouts, making it a bit painful to watch from my PoV, maybe try some slightly dark shades? Also, the spoiler tag is kind of spoiling it for me. 7.5/10

Simple and well organized. I'm not a big fan of avatars with no borders on them. Pretty solid theme overall though.

I always liked the EXE verison of Megaman. The resolution is incredible o_o. I'm also not sure whether if it's the way the picture's displayed or if it's the picture itself, but it kinda looks rectangular. Although there's nothing wrong with a rectangular avatar when it's done like this ^^. The name kinda looks plain against the image though. The signature is great as well. Everything's neat, compact, and ties together.

It's all in black and white. :O Well, there's nothing wrong with that and the art is nice. ^^ Avatar banner and font all work well with each other, and the information is neatly organized and compact. Overall, a theme well done. 9/10 as I'm still waiting to see a theme that will simply blow my mind/revolutionize the whole concept of themes and reserving full score for that. ^-^
 
Sweet! I like the colors and the banner is nice looking. And that quote at the beginning of the signature is nice... I guess...

Me give you very sexy 8/10 since your siggy is so kind to the eyes.
 
The avatar and signature match well and provide a kinda soft brownie tone, which is nice. The whole theme is good but the signature kinda looks like it was cut off something bigger o.o.

The animation in the banner doesn't really go very smoothly -1, and I think it would look better:

1) Centered, and 2) Without that D/P team banner thing. -2

A right-aligned signature...oddly enough, you don't get a lot of those. Oh well, it's well organized, suitably compact, and the colours (or lack thereof) are consistent. The small parts in red (Both in the avatar and the banner) kind of stick out, though, and the avatar has a bit too much empty space imo. 8/10
 
Nice Haku theme, avatar not really matching with banner, and the words on the left side of banner are covering Haku's part, but the contrast is just fine. Text is easy to read, so thumbs up :D

Ooh... L theme. This may get slightly biased xD Banner, avatar and font colour all match wonderfully... Font colour... It's too bright, especially for those using lighter forum skins (like me O_o). The spoiler tag doesn't go very well, either. Plus there's loads of text. And I mean loads. So... 7.2/10 for this theme ^_^
 
Ehh.... I like the banner, but the pixel subtext font is kinda bugging me, but everything else seems alright. The avy...... hmm. The text probably should have been left out, and there should be a visible division between the duplicated render, like a thin one-coloured line. Overall........ 8/10
