Very nice... And pink =D Matching avatar, banner and text always works with me, so I would give your theme... 9/10 =D
 
Blends very well if you don't consider the fact that they are basically the same pic. 7/10
 
This isn't really a theme. The avatar and banner material aren't related to each other, and there's no real color scheme either. Sorry...

Like the fading effect of the blocks in the banner, has relevance and yeah, nice arrangement. 8.5/10
 
I don't know the character (O_o), but I really, REALLY like the banner. I mean, I like the colour, and the gold-ish yellow brush strokes that make it even better =D And the avatar matches nicely... I give this theme 10/10 =D
 
Good theme the text in the spoilers could be a diff color though. 8/10

Signature and Avatar somehow match... But the minibar is kinda annoying, and doesn't look right with all the, uh, fuzzy-ness. And maybe more colour in the avatar to match with the blues and oranges in the signature.

I made it, so I would give myself a 10, but since I'm honest, I give it an 8/10. All I can say is, I could have done better with the banner =D

Hmm.... colour scheme doesn't work, too plain/empty, and could do with better FONT. The text and its placement is good. 7/10

Great theme. I remember seeing that creature (well, I think it was a sprite of him) from way back, when I was still active when I joined O_o Anyway, for the banner, I like the brush effects around the image, and the the background is very lovely.

The avatar suits the banner nicely aswell =D

9/10, just cause the colour of the text in the banner makes it somewhat hard to read... but well done =D

Well, at least you've actually got a theme this time. With that said, it's pretty simple. Neither the avatar or banner have any effects or anything special, but they go together well. The banner image is a little blurry, I'm assuming it's a screenshot from a game? The text outside the banner is pretty well organized, and has a nice color scheme. For simplicity reasons...

Erm...the banner looks cool, but the text on the avatar kills it. Vincent is cool though. Advent children, FTW! xD The link connection is cool too.

I dunno, the avatar is contrasted and the banner isn't. >.< That always bother's me, really, only when the image's are different, and they are.

They only match in the aspect of who's the main person/the main anime, otherwise, they're pretty different.

Not a fan of One Piece (... That is the anime/manga the character is from, right?) but the banner and avatar are well made and match perfectly.
