I think some guy from spiral. As always, your themes are megaaweshome, but it's getting a tad old...
 
mmm, never was much a fan of using the same stock on both banner and avatar, but meh

My main problem would probably that i can't read the text within the dark-green part very well

I like it better than your last signature, but why must yours always have a hard to see image in it? The light blue and black go together, and the border. I really want to see you make a signature with a clear, easy to see image. 8.5/10.

Kero, I like the text and the lines in your signature. The guy kind of looks freaky with his eyes. The tilted text looks great, but the avatar doesn't have the lines through it. And you're leaving PC... for that I say 0/10! But for the actual theme rating, I'd give it... 8/10, mainly because I like anime signatures and no freaky red-eyed guys in it. xD
 
Yours is good. And it's hard for me to make an image without it being see-through. If I tried, it would look horrible. -has already tried-
