Graphics are nice, but Dragon Ball and Naruto don't quite make a proper theme together. But your text is at least tasteful, and the mini Pokemon sprites look nice.
 
It's so simple, yet it's also very appealing to the eyes. I like it, and I see no real problems. But maybe it's a bit too simple... 7/10
 
Hm, it has a very nice appeal to it. Good choice of picture, nice font, good light and dark control. I can't find anything wrong with it and I find it very very cool. 83 10/10
 
Nice effects.. 10/10 ( I like Mewtwo ALOT lol since I'm a psychic type trainer.. )
 
I love the dark Mews you used, but the text is very difficult to see and above the banner there is a little white line that I don't think is supposed to be there. I give it 6/10
 
I'm not really a fan of using different, fancy fonts in one banner, but I guess it sort of works in this case. Also, there's this gap in the right side of the banner, which makes the banner look off balanced. Other than that, the avatar and the banner match, and the organisation of the signature is good. 7.5/10
 
It's strange to me, but i like it for some unknown reason. But i don't see a sig so 6/10.
 
Its pretty simple, but cool. The font is very difficult to see, though. I didn't even notice it until I looked very closely. I suggest a lighter color. And I feel bad for the sad Absol. XD

NekroBoi@ You theme is very good. I like the colors and the font you used and the picture. I wish that there weren't little white edges, though. 9/10

Mewtwo is not evil, he gave up his freedom to save his clones in Mewtwo Returns. He is just misunderstood.

The avatar and signature match, which is good for a theme, but the 3D effect of the images make them look like buttons. :\ I dunno, it just doesn't grab me as much as a clean cut boarder might. The credit text could also be edited to make it look, I dunno, maybe neater or more matching to the theme's colour? It's alright. The colour is good but I don't really like the whole purple/white vortex thing in the sig, on the right side. Kinda makes it look messy. :\ However, it's alright, it just could use some touching up.
