What do you suggest I use as the avatar?
I don't want to use one of the PokeMon on my signature because then one would be left out :(.

Great banner. I don't think I have seen a electivire pose like that and the same for PorygonZ. Still it would be nice to have a matching avatar to go with. Great with color sync though. Maybe as an avatar you can do something like a split screen thing. Half of Electivire's face on one side and half of PorygonZ on the other half.

The colors match and so do the banner and avatar, so that's good. Maybe if the text on the right was distributed on the top and bottom of the signature... Otherwise, it's alright.

I love Tsubasa art! It makes everything look wonderful! >3 Anyway, the border design fits perfectly, but the blade font text is a little out of place, and is hard to read against Sakura's earring and hair. I think it looks very very MSPaint. :< But for a MSPaint-esque set, it looks really good.
As usual, the pokemon sprites sort of kill it. Pokemon sprites pretty much kill everything. < <;;

Because I notice you've had a string of rather un-indepth comments about your set, I'm going to be giving this a nice long rating. As much as I can, anyway, with just a picture.
Well, the banner is a stock, that hasn't had anything done to it. -1
All I can say about it is "holy-bejezuz-how-do-you-get-your-screenshots-so-frickin-high-quality"?!
The text, though most of it is sort of uneeded clutter, is well organized, which takes away the clutter aspect. However, I personally hate it when the text is longer then the banner, so your 'Family' line is a tad too long for my tastes. -.5
The quote sort of throws everything off. Everything is centered but the quote is left aligned. :/ -1
And lastly about the signature, ".....~Kimi~sae... i~re~ba~~....." <--- The blue text isn't quite the same color as the girl in the picture's clothes and eyes. I'm sure it'd be easy to find the HTML code to get the perfect shade.
The avatar, however, seems a little too dark for the banner. It's obvious that one screenshot is of her in light, and one is of her in darkness, which makes them sort of not feel like a set. But that could very well be an effect worth reaching for, so I won't count that off.
A border would help the stock too. Even just a one pixel square done in Paint. -.5
