One of Jyukai and Mika's works... I like it ^^ The banner looks simple, yet the warm colours are so pleasing to the eyes. The text and the starry background look nice, and matches with the whole theme of Twin Spica. The text outside the banner is organised in an effective manner, although that PC family is getting a bit big xP

As for the avatar, lovely as well. The starry effect is good, and the colour goes together with that of the banner's. The whole theme matches nicely, and almost makes me want to watch that anime xD

DUDE, you have rated my theme/ava/sig in just about every one of these threads about 3 times over, why don't you just let it be? You always say the same thing "TC's nice, but I don't like the banner". It's annoying, stop. I get, you don't like it. Let it be.

Anyway, I think your theme is weird. Like some sort of a freaky anime Calvin and Hobbes.

I just love the banner. I always liked the black & white type of banners , I like it when it's clean.
But sadly enough I can't see the image under it :[
