My theme has to do with the guy from Hell's Kitchen (it's a show) that was so bad...I just thought the scene where he got eliminated was priceless. No one really gets it except the people who really know the meaning behind it, so I give my own theme a 1/10, but for those who understand it and know how bad Josh was...It is a personalized touch of me...or Josh really. It's a tribute to him. Kinda-ish.

The thing is, it's not much of a theme if the signature doesn't match the avatar :|

I just really don't like trainer cards in signatures. Sure, put it in a link, that's fine, but I think it's too bulky, I guess.

I think there's too much text on the signature, as well. Cut it down a bit, and/or organise it better. Oh, and maybe add some colour to match the avatar.

As for the avatar, I don't see any big problems... Maybe cut off a tad bit from the top of the picture? There's too much red, and the background stands out more than the person does.

Well, It's a theme so I'll give you 5 for that and umm...well, It doesnt seem that special to me really. The alignment isnt bad so +1 there but I'll have to not give you any points for not having a signature wide text color. and I'll have to say that none of the pictures really go together well. But despite all of that your theme seems to be doing it's job. Taking all of that into consideration I'll give it a...

but I think The Text doesn't suit the Swampert so -1
and The text is so overcrowded so -1 again >__<
I think you should should have links for your Claimed Bishies or something

Hmm. you start out with 7 pionts for the theme.
Well, The text decor in your siggy seems to not fit the theme too well. -1 there. You need a text color but black is ok so no gain/loss of points there. and your links arent colored so they stand out and clash so I'd try to fix that.
