The text can be more decorative.
And Naruto/Sasuke looks a bit blurry on some parts, plus you can see some white dots on the renders, Sasuke looks too pixelated, I think it has something to do with the file type.
 
oooh azy gots a new theme! well ive seen it for a while. is that jack walker pokemon ranger? anyways the render is really cool the text is nice as well. the background is coo but the whole banner is a little empty. 9.5/10
 
I'm not a fan of Naruto, but the theme goes well, the baner could use a border of maybe just centered.

hey chikara! love the new theme. the render sticks out like a sore thumb. some soft brushing around the render or even smudging would get rid of that. the light source is coo. and the text and background are good. 8/10
