Some of the shades of blues seem to clash with eachother (I know that sounds weird, but don't blame me, blame my eyes.) Just like Pure Red, Pure Blue isn't always the greatest shade to use for a background. Try a different shade.

I am biased; colorful, yet matching, color schemes appeal to me more than dark color sets. Your Block Borders are clashing with your background. Thus, there is no lines to divide your Major and Minor Block Headers from your background. Personally, I would add a little bit more color to your profile; at least add some more white.

Shiny green is shiny. Well, I'm quite sure that I rated you a while ago. Maybe yesterday or the day before yesterday. Still, as you're taking part in the PPC, there are a few things that I would like to state.
1) Green is actually one of the colors which cannot be easily made use of in user customizations. Most of the time a user tries to use green in his customizations, he/she messes up. I myself have never successfully utilized green in my customizations. I always mess up.
2) The green in your profile customizations is a bit too shiny. It really shouldn't hurt. A lighter or a darker shade of green might help you.
3) Well, you should try to fill up the primary content area with some sort of color. A very light shade of green/blue, maybe? Some members just find white color a bit bland. Thus, having a little bit of light shades in one's profile doesn't hurt.
4) If you can, try to go for better customizations before the contest. Try another color scheme, maybe?

Orange/Yellow is a bit hard to do as well, without making it too bright. Your colors match well, but it seems to be a tad bit too bright for my eyes. Perhaps see about adding darker colors to it, to try to balance out the brightness of the lighter orange/yellow.
