Re-entering the world of awesome

I used to LOVE pokemon as a kid, and now, at 21, I've decided to start collecting cards again! My main reason for joining this forum is to clear my questions about the Black and White series, but I will make another thread for that. I still have my original base set, Jungle, Fossil, and most of Rocket, plus a few promo cards from the 90's. I've also still got my original GB games and some other random collectables, I also threw out/gave away a lot of my stuff, which I regret now but oh well! I also breed and show pet rats and work with dogs. I live in Melbourne australia and I look foward to getting to know everyone.

I loved Pokemon as a kid as well, but I was more of a gamer rather than a collector. But I occasionally collect cards whenever there's the time. :P Nowadays most of the old Pokemon stuff are usually found in flea markets & bargain stores, which is where I do most of my scavenger hunt. xD

welcome 2 the site. enjoy your visit. i also loved pokemon as well when i was younger & joined this site bc of some of the pokemon hacks a few peps were working on. i also still have all my gb original games & all the cards i had growing up *even when i moved houses with my dad & new step mother those were 1 of the things i didnt throw out, thou i did get rid of everything else in my room besides my video games & my cloths lol*.

Thankyou for the kind welcomes :) Its surprising that not as many people are interested in collecting nowadays! Pokemon cards were banned from my primary (primary being grades 1-6, I'm from australia, so different terms) school because of their popularity; and people stealing them! I am enjoying this forum greatly so far, everyone is so helpful :)
