hmm... when ever i try to take pictures (screens)from real one player the pic shos the interface but the pic from the movie is not there its just black.
    why?

Because you?re still rendering it on the hardware. Don?t remember exactly how, but if you turn the performance all the way down you should be able to take them that way.

I thought it was copyrighting issues. I'm pretty sure that's the way it is for Whinedows Media Player?

is there any other media player that will play real one media?

Doubtful. If there was, I'd be able to make use of the Pok?mon episodes there are out there?

*wonders if Studio 7 can open RM files*

    studio?! where? what is it?

Studio 7 is a movie editing program. I noticed it can save to RealMedia, so I was also wondering if it can open them for conversion to some other form of media.

QuickTime allows screen capturing. If you can get it in that format, use it.

thanks. i currently got 20 screens for my site from raikou legend of thinder.

    Lol, Ledgend of Thinder.

    Yes, I know it's a tyop XD

doth my english bug you, bumpkin?

It's somewhere in the settings... you can fix both Media Player and RealOne to allow screens...

    I just don't remember how. >>

tell me if you remember... plz...
    ~kuni?

Or you could just get HypersnapDX.
I use it for taking screens from movies all the time.
It caps the hardware overlay as well, so it gets it all.

    ----------------------------------------\/

Change it to: Enable Optimized View

    -------------------| |----------------------
    -------------------\/-----------------------

    Like above.

then click okay. Then close out of real play, play the file and use print screen and copy and paste in ur paint program.

    Windows Media Player:

    Go to "Tools" then "Options"
