And if that map is used plz credit me and for the help, plz and thx u!

Awesome! Great! But, how do I get it into the game?

Use EliteMap . When u load the rom , go to the map window , right click and select import bitmap

Nah Elite Map sucks. I dont think it supports EMerald as it always brings an error when I load a Ban/Map.

Where is the Map Supplies program?
And how will you apply bank/maps to the areas in your custom map?

That's awesome! That helped me alot for creating my own region.

How did you find out that green was the starter town?

    What's all this?

To put a map into a hack you have to first create the tileset, import it to the game (ruby:256 colors, FR:16 colors, search in unlzgba), then save the tilemap (which in rubi is a weird image right after the tileset, in FR i dunno lol ¯\(º_O)/¯) as raw (rawDump), edit with mew3's cyclone and then import to the rom with the loadraw options (cyclone has a help that explains this better)

This is just map making for fandom, not hacking!

Yeah, for one thing, if you wanted to use it in a rom hack, you would have to align it to a grid and make it out of less than 233 different tiles.

Well, 233 for ruby and sapphire, it's probably different for FR/LG.

To make EliteMap supports emerald rom...

    open file PokeRoms.ini

then find Pokemon Emerald - BPEE data...
    then delete RomStyle line...

    it should work.

Wha...? This doesn't have anything to do with ROM hacking. There's no way to import this into the game, you have to first change the tilesets and all that crap. This is just a guide for fans creating a map for fun... This should be in the Pokemon General board. If you want to change the map you'll need to use Cyclone.

Edit: I see what made you believe you could make maps that way. In EliteMap, there's this world map thing in the lower left corner that you can change. However, that's just for pinpointing the location of the map you're editing. It doesn't edit the region map in-game.
