You have got to be kidding me. After all those updates it broke again? Well thats the way coding usually goes....

The tileset name was probobly changed by your computer, it's happened in the past. Try just redownloading the sets, but this game kinda was canceled, so there won't be any bug fixes for it anymore. If you want to play it, shatterpoint is basically the remake version I'm working on, so you might want to check that out.
